Welcome to the leading ISA (International Surf Association) and ILS SLSGB (Surf Life Saving) Training Centre in Wales and in Europe. Our surf coaching programme and ILS beach lifeguarding courses are run in Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Indonesia and due to being one of the only ILS / SLSGB training centres in Europe to have several mobile units, we are able to delivering these qualifications worldwide. You can undertake your 2022 ISA level 1or 2 surf instructor course or Flat water SUP courses with us, at one of our a fantastic coast venues throughout Europe. There’s probably no better spots to undertake your training as an ISA surf coach or ILS SLSGB beach life guarding and we are here to help you take the first steps towards becoming qualified & here to help you develop.

ILS & ISA Professional Coaching
The International Surfing Association (ISA) and the International Lifesaving Federation (ILS) have entered into a key strategic partnership together with us to establish a universally global standard of water safety course and certification for surfing and stand-up paddle (SUP) coaches and instructors. In its first year this course was wildly successful being run 27 times in 17 countries for 290 surf and SUP instructors.
The ISA/ILS International Surf and SUP Instructor Aquatic Rescue and Safety Course is specific for the surf instructing environment and available for all ISA and ILS Members to access. The courses will be presented by our ILS trainer/assessors all over Europe.
ISA / ILS WATER SAFETY COURSE
At Surf Coach & Development ILS beach lifeguard & ISA surf coach training centre, We offer a range of lifeguard courses of varying intensity and refresher courses for those who need to re-register with ILS /ISA or relevant recognised bodies. We also offer combined course packages so as you can become an ISA surf instructor too in Europe.

This award establish a global minimum standard for Surf/SUP instructors water safety certification as the current water safety requirements vary from country to country. This will translate into a transportable safety accreditation that will benefit travelling coaches.
ILS & ISA SURF COURSES IN EUROPE

ILS & ISA SURF COURSES EUROPE
The ISA/ILS International Surf and SUP Instructor Aquatic Rescue and Safety Course is specific for the surf instructing environment and available for all ISA and ILS Members to access. The course can be presented by ILS Member Organizations and those with formal endorsed trainer/assessor qualification. Dean Gough has run these courses in Indonesia & all over Europe.
